How does it work?
1. The call agent contacts the lead on the phone and inputs their information to the custom online form.
2. If qualified, the agent signals supervisor, who greets the caller and dials out to the Evalite system, inputting the password to initiate the recorded verification.
3. Supervisor completes the scripted verification and presses “*” to complete the session. Evalite returns a RECORDING ID to be inputted to the lead form before submitting.
4. Client receives an immediate email with lead prospect information and a link to the audio verification. Client can follow-up immediately with the assurance that the lead was properly verified by the call team.
