Our Company was established in the early nineties, providing telecom and technology services to corporate clients in Canada, the United States and Mexico.
Terms like Nearshore and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) are well-known today. However we began selling on the phone to the American market when E mail, VoIP and Open Source were just “emerging concepts”. By 1996, we had a bilingual staff of 120 agents doing telesales from Mexico City for leading US telcos for their US English and Hispanic customer segment.
Since then we have launched hundreds of successful campaigns in the areas of Customer Care, Technical Support, Help Desk, Customer Surveys, Appointment-setting, Outbound Sales and Lead Generation in many verticals. Beyond traditional call center activities, we also offer Direct Marketing, Internet Marketing and Social Media services.
